IT Support Specialist
Job Description
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for resolving user technical issues, configuring hardware, and maintaining software operations. The role maintains operational IT infrastructure with minimal user downtime.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant domain.

2–4 years of experience delivering technical IT helpdesk or system support.
Preferred Skills

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, hardware diagnostics, and VPN setups.
Experience Required

2+ years of hands-on experience handling IT helpdesk tickets, hardware configuration, and user support.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute desktop troubleshooting, hardware setups, and network access requests.

Prepare technical support tickets, asset inventory logs, and system deployment guides.

Review error logs and network status to fix hardware faults or software glitches promptly.

Coordinate with network engineers, system administrators, external software vendors, and end-users.

Monitor active IT helpdesk queues to resolve tickets within defined SLA parameters.

Maintain complete compliance with company IT security protocols and access rights.
