Job Description
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing physical property assets, tenant relations, lease renewals, and facility maintenance schedules. The role maintains high occupancy rates, protects property values, and ensures smooth property operations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Engineering.

4–6 years of property management experience handling residential or commercial portfolios in Dubai.
Preferred Skills

Deep working knowledge of Ejari, Dubai tenancy laws, facility management, and tenant relations.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute tenant onboarding, lease agreement preparation, and property handover procedures.

Prepare property condition audits, maintenance spending budgets, and rent collection logs.

Review tenant service requests and structural repair notices to arrange timely contractor visits.

Coordinate with building owners, tenant contacts, maintenance contractors, and legal departments.

Monitor rent payment schedules and manage tenancy dispute procedures in line with regulations.

Maintain absolute compliance with Ejari registration rules and Dubai Land Department laws.
