Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; valid RERA Card (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) license is mandatory.

2–4 years of active real estate sales experience within the Dubai market.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute property viewings, market comparative analyses, and client consultations.

Prepare property pitch profiles, market valuation assessments, and investment return projections.

Review property listings and market trends across Dubai developments to build options for buyers.

Coordinate with property developers, buyers, sellers, bank mortgage advisors, and conveyancing leads.

Monitor real estate transactions through signing to complete transfers cleanly.
