Job Description
The Software / IT Project Manager is responsible for steering software development and IT infrastructure projects from initiation through deployment. The role manages tech sprint cycles, budgets, and technical risks to deliver systems on time.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT; PMP or PMI-ACP required.

5–8 years of experience leading software development or IT transformation projects.
Preferred Skills

Technical background in software development, cloud technologies, API integrations, and Agile frameworks.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute technical sprint plans, development milestones, and release schedules.

Prepare project scope briefs, technical architecture roadmaps, and budget updates.

Review software sprint metrics and code release schedules to prevent delivery delays.

Coordinate with software engineering teams, QA testers, product managers, and executive leads.

Monitor project risks, technical dependencies, and system integration points.

Maintain complete alignment with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
