Business Analyst
Job Description
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical IT development teams. The role translates business goals into clear technical specifications for software development and IT implementations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business IT.

3–5 years of experience operating as an IT Business Analyst on software or infrastructure projects.
Preferred Skills

Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, SQL queries, Jira, and system flow modeling.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute technical requirement gathering, user story definitions, and system architecture reviews.

Prepare functional software documentation, wireframe mappings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts.

Review existing IT architectures to identify integration gaps or system upgrades.

Coordinate with business process owners, software developers, QA teams, and IT project managers.

Monitor software release cycles to confirm that technical updates meet business criteria.

Maintain clear documentation standards following Agile/Scrum project frameworks.
