Senior Marketing Manager - Americas
Job Description
The Americas Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with the Global Marketing team and Sales team members to formulate and execute integrated marketing programs to generate pipeline and build brand awareness in the Americas Market. The position requires partnering cross-functionally to coordinate marketing communications, campaigns, and events to generate engagement and new opportunities. This position will report to the CMO.
Responsibilities Duties:
Source, plan, manage, and execute marketing programs, primarily in support of product awareness, engagement and demand generation targets Partner with Sales, Marketing and Alliance teams to identify objectives, craft strategy and project plans to deliver effective integrated marketing programs and customer experiences Leverage data and insights to understand and identify target audience segments (i.e. decision makers, influencers, hosts, attendees, etc.), customizing marketing approach accordingly Manage all aspects of regional program execution (concept, deployment, measurement, optimization) working cross-department to coordinate tactics and to deliver on-time, on-budget Partner with Technical teams and Content Writer to develop messaging and marketing content for product awareness, education, thought leadership and demand generation Create, source and distribute content where necessary, for example (but not limited to) writing and managing customer communications, email nurtures, digital ads and social media campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation and product adoption Establish KPIs, create review cycle, and provide insights on customer behavior to continually optimize program success and introduce new marketing channels Analyze and evaluate programs and strategies to determine current and predict future performance and effectiveness

Experiance Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience running integrated marketing programs Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset Strong program/project management skills a must Team player with strong interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
