  • Company is seeking multiple highly motivated professionals to join our Inside Sales team.
  • As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work directly with prospects, our Outside Sales team, our Marketing team and our technology partners to drive new pipeline and help achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • You will be expected to utilize modern selling techniques and tools to communicate effectively with key business decision makers in prospect companies.

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads to identify sales opportunities
  • Using email and social media channels to target and advance prospects and identify potential leads
  • Booking meetings for Outside Sales Representatives/Technical Staff as appropriate to advance engagement
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email and LinkedIn InMail
  • Explaining features and differentiators of products and services
  • Keeping up with Company product and service information and updates
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Researching and qualifying new prospects
  • Maintaining a database of current and potential customer information
  • Supporting Outside Sales Representatives in pursuits of new opportunities
  • Meeting set targets for calls, meetings booked, net-new clients, contribution to sales pipeline
  • Presenting updates, action plans and results to management

 

Key Skills:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience with a track record of driving incremental revenue
  • Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity and engage sales/channel partners as needed
  • Some understanding of IT and cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends
  • The capacity to learn and retain knowledge about products and business solutions quickly and accurately
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, i.e., HubSpot, Discover.org, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn InMail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to communicate with contacts, including C-level personnel via phone, email, social, and over video
  • Solid time management skills and ability to work independently with high level of integrity
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote Teams, SharePoint); HubSpot and Kimble experience a plus
  • Degree preferable
  • Must be willing and able to pass a background screening
