Job Description
We have an opening for a Supervisor, Conflicts (Conflicts Data and Training Supervisor).
Under the direct supervision of the Director, Conflicts, and working closely with the Managing Director of Conflicts and New Business Intake and the Office of the General Counsel, the Supervisor, Conflicts manages the new Intapp conflicts and new business intake database and works with senior staff to develop training materials and programs including Intapp specific training documentation.
The Supervisor, Conflicts also works with department stakeholders and liaises with technology to suggest process and system improvements to the database and workflow.
In this capacity, the Supervisor, Conflicts will:
Manage the Intapp system with a focus on data integrity and process and workflow improvements;
Conduct training on all aspects of the conflicts and intake for both internal and external stakeholders;
Provide feedback and coaching to the Conflicts Researchers in training, report their progress to Conflicts leadership and assist with the development of benchmarks for their progress;
Assist with the preparation and updating of training documentation and guidelines;
Make recommendations concerning conflicts analysis guidelines, research sources, database functionality and departmental procedures;
Handle critical and complex projects for Conflicts Management and the Professional Responsibility Committee such as subpoena research, complex parent-affiliate tests, complex ethical wall memoranda, and related issues;
Work overtime as required; and
Handle additional Conflicts research and analysis projects as assigned.

Key Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in conflicts related computer operations and software programs, preferably Intapp;
Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Word;
Expert-level proficiency in business verbal and written communications;
Expert knowledge of research procedures and methodology; and
Expert knowledge of business related reference sources such as Dun & Bradstreet products, Corporate Affiliations Plus, OneSource and pertinent websites.
Experiance Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required);
At least 5 year of professional work experience (preferred);
At least 3 years of research or Conflicts related experience (preferred);
At least 1 year of training experience in a Conflicts environment (preferred); and
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Conflicts environment (preferred).
