Responsibilities Duties:
- We are currently searching for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Management department in our New York office.
- Under the direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the Talent Acquisition Lateral Partner Team, proactively support Firm Leadership and Executive Team, and oversee the Firm’s lateral partner recruiting initiatives.
- In this capacity, the Manager, Talent Acquisition will:
- Manage and lead the lateral partner candidate recruiting process (i.e. scheduling, tracking, and implementing the hire/onboarding processes);
- Prioritize candidate experience above all else and be able to handle multi-tasking a high-volume of candidates at different stages of the candidate pipeline;
- Oversee workload of two team members, providing feedback and support as needed;
- Serve as point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders;
- Communicate with Firm Leadership, Executive Team, and Director of Talent Acquisition on lateral partner candidate status and update appropriate internal Department Heads with candidate information as needed;
- Build relationships throughout the firm with key stakeholders (i.e. Managing Partners, Practice Group Leaders, C-Suite Executives, and other department leaders) to collaborate and facilitate a smooth transition process to the firm;
- Work beyond scheduled hours as required, including assisting with time-sensitive requests in the evenings and/or on weekends; and
- Handle additional related projects, as assigned.

- Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to all partner-related information.
Experiance Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required);
- At least 7 years work experience; and
- At least 5 years of law firm recruiting experience (required).
