Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in business development within Facility Management or related industry
• Proven track record in securing FM contracts
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, and pricing models
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Strategic thinking and market awareness
Responsibilities Duties:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hard and soft FM services
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Manage the full tendering process, including pre-qualification (PQQ), RFQs, and RFPs
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to prepare competitive bids
Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams
• Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations after contract award
• Align business development strategies with company objectives
• Review contract terms, pricing strategies, and service scope
