Job Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall financial actions, planning, and capital structure. The role ensures the successful execution of fiscal policies, financial forecasting, and risk management while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and driving the organization's long-term strategic growth.
Required Qualifications
* Master's degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an MBA is highly preferred.

8–10+ years of senior-level corporate finance experience, with proven success in accounting management.

Deep knowledge of GAAP compliance, corporate taxation, and financial auditing procedures.

Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential is preferred.

Responsibilities Duties:
Coordinate and execute the corporate financial strategy, annual budgeting, and long-term financial forecasting.

Supervise and manage the accounting, finance, and treasury teams to ensure precise reporting.

Monitor cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to optimize the organization's financial health.

Prepare comprehensive financial statements and present key performance metrics to executive stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax authorities, and legal teams to ensure absolute compliance.

Monitor financial activities and promptly address budget variances or operational financial risks.

Ensure proper handling and compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.

Maintain accurate inventory management of assets and capital expenditures.
