The Of Counsel Attorney (Eminent Domain) is responsible for providing expert, high-level legal advisory services, litigation strategy, and representation concerning public property acquisitions, condemnation actions, and land valuation disputes. The role ensures the successful execution of complex evidentiary trials, regulatory compliance tracking, and direct property valuation settlements while preserving top-tier professional advocacy for corporate or government entities.
Required Qualifications * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved and credentialed law school.

Active and unencumbered membership in good standing with the State Bar.

6+ years of dedicated, concentrated litigation practice specifically addressing eminent domain or property condemnation laws.
Preferred Skills * Superior courtroom litigation talents, deep transactional real estate comprehension, and high-stakes negotiation capacity.

Experience Required 6+ years of concentrated legal advocacy experience managing eminent domain, regulatory taking, or real estate valuation trial cases.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute comprehensive eminent domain litigation actions, writing pleadings, motions, and trial records.
