Job Description
The Project Manager II is responsible for directing, tracking, and executing mid-to-large-scale engineering or technical infrastructure projects. The role ensures the successful execution of cross-functional team workflows, project lifecycle scheduling, resource constraints monitoring, and budget management while maintaining strict quality metrics and technical excellence.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a highly quantitative field.

4+ years of professional experience managing technical, software, or engineering project lifecycles.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills * Expert-level mastery of project tracking platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Exceptional leadership, technical articulation, negotiation, and cross-functional problem-solving capabilities.
Experience Required 4+ years of relevant experience leading technical infrastructure developments, hardware/software integration tracks, or complex operational product rollouts.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute project lifecycles from preliminary conceptual phases down to final product deployment or integration.

Prepare detailed project plans, critical path milestones, risk mitigation matrices, and financial variance reports.

Define resource requirements, engineering task assignments, and procurement pipelines.

Coordinate with software developers, systems engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders.

Monitor ongoing project metrics and deliverables, promptly addressing schedule slippages, scope drifts, or technical bottlenecks.

Maintain absolute compliance with corporate project management framework standards, change controls, and delivery governance.
