Job Description

The Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) is responsible for operating as an advanced clinical provider delivering comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventative healthcare services to patient panels. The role ensures the successful execution of complete physical examinations, diagnostic testing evaluations, and specialized treatment prescribing regimens while focusing on patient-centered recovery and safety.

Required Qualifications * Master’s or Doctoral degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (for NPs) or a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant track (for PAs).

  • Active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Provider (CRNP or PA) license in the state of Georgia.

  • National Board Certification in respective clinical specialization (Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Acute Care Medicine).

Preferred Skills * Deep clinical diagnosis capability, technical procedural skills, and independent decision-making qualities.

  • Excellent communicative empathy and structural capability to direct patient health literacy.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute patient healthcare evaluations, taking comprehensive medical histories and managing acute and chronic conditions.

  • Prepare detailed treatment blueprints, ordering labs, diagnostic radiographic scans, and coordinating specialist referrals.

  • Prescribe pharmacologic therapeutics, controlled substances, and medical equipment devices according to state practice acts.

  • Coordinate with collaborating primary physicians, medical assistants, and regional specialist networks.

  • Monitor ongoing treatment outcomes and promptly address adverse reactions or lack of patient clinical progress.

  • Maintain absolute accuracy within Electronic Health Records (EHR), satisfying all documentation and clinical reporting guidelines.
