Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR and office administration functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing HR operations, and contributing to a professional, high-performance work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of law firm operations, including billable and non-billable hours, timesheets, bonus structures, organizational hierarchies, and practice group management.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and recruit high-calibre professionals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing HR operations, including employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding, visas, employee records, and office administration.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law; exposure to other jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the maturity, professionalism, and discretion to support a growing organization and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and recruit high-quality talent.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding, employment visas, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Support HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration.
• Assist with office administration, including lease and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and external HR service providers when require.
