Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in high-volume overseas recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Asia and Africa.
Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Open to EU/CIS nationals only.
Responsibilities Duties:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for overseas and bulk hiring campaigns across Asia, Africa, and other international locations.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical, operational, and professional positions.
Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities, including international sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and project timelines.
