Job Description
The Technical Officer is responsible for assisting in the installation, testing, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical hardware and software systems. The role ensures the successful execution of routine quality audits, equipment calibrations, and technical documentation updates while maintaining safety standards and minimizing operational downtime.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or professional Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a matching technical discipline.

Experience Required * 2+ years of relevant experience troubleshooting hardware, tracking technical service logs, or maintaining infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute routine diagnostics, preventative maintenance schedules, and software updates across regional facilities.

Prepare structured technical logs, calibration records, and quality variance reports.

Inspect physical infrastructure components, checking for hardware wear, safety faults, or system bottlenecks.
