Qualifications & Personal Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems ideally from a European or US university
- Fluent English & Arabic
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership position for a Major Technology Business
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with ERP implementation and administration
- Strong communication skills - can relay the message in the right manner
Technology Skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Preferred Experience
- Construction or engineering industry experience.
- BIM and construction technology
- AI implementation in enterprise environments.
- ISO 27001 familiarity.
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- Cisco certifications
- VMware or Hyper-V
- Power BI
- Microsoft Power Platform
- SharePoint Online
- Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Primavera P6, or similar

You'll lead the modernization of infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, introduce AI-driven business solutions and oversee the implementation of innovative technologies that improve operational performance and decision-making.
