Technical Trainer
Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Trainer – Automotive responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to support organizational development. The role involves conducting OEM and operational training sessions, enhancing technical capabilities of teams, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer across service operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• Relevant Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certification (OEM certification preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in automotive technical training, learning & development, or after-sales operations.
• Hands-on experience in delivering technical training programs.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong ability to manage relationships in a multicultural environment.
Preferred Certifications
• OEM Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certification
• Professional certifications related to Learning & Development
Responsibilities Duties:
• Conduct technical training programs for technicians, quality controllers, team leaders, service advisors, and technical support teams.
• Deliver OEM technical training as per assigned targets and maintain required certifications.
• Develop, update, and maintain in-house training materials and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, completion status, and improvement analysis.
• Identify technical and operational training needs through assessments and performance analysis.
• Support the implementation of training plans aligned with OEM standards and company objectives.
• Organize technical skill competitions and coach participants for regional competitions.
• Provide instructional support and share product knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.
