Landscape Engineer
Job Description
"1)Bachelor’s degree or above in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines; capable of reading English drawings.
2)More than 5 years of experience in landscape engineering, with experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East preferred.
3)Familiar with laws, regulations, and national/industry/local standards related to landscape works, as well as project management procedures and company policies.
4)Proficient in office software (Word, Excel) and engineering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
5)Possess strong on-site management capabilities, analytical skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities Duties:
1)Assist the supervisor in carrying out design and technical management tasks for the landscape discipline, ensuring that landscape works progress according to the project schedule.
2)Be familiar with landscape construction drawings, planting layouts, hardscape materials, and related technical requirements; responsible for reviewing landscape drawings and ensuring technical compliance.
3)Possess solid professional knowledge of landscape engineering, and provide guidance on design optimization, on-site construction, and material selection to ensure that the landscape system meets functional, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
4)Be familiar with national and international landscape design standards and construction specifications, and apply them appropriately in the project.
5)Provide technical guidance and quality supervision for landscape works on site, ensuring that construction quality and progress meet overall project requirements.
6)Participate in landscape-related inspections and acceptance processes, and conduct technical communication with the Client, Consultant, Designer, and other stakeholders.
7)Participate in the preparation of landscape method statements, technical briefings, and technical risk identification to ensure technical controllability during construction.
8)Analyze and resolve landscape-related technical issues during construction, and organize technical reviews when necessary.
9)Participate in the review of landscape-related design changes and technical queries (TQ/RFI), ensuring the rationality and constructability of proposed changes.
10)Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
