Drawing Control Engineer
Job Description
1)Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines; capable of reading English drawings.
2)More than 3 years of experience in engineering drawing management.
3)Familiar with engineering-related laws and regulations, project management procedures, and company policies.
4)Proficient in office software (Word, Excel) and document control systems such as Aconex and BIM360.
5)Possess strong logical thinking, document management skills, and communication and coordination abilities."
Responsibilities Duties:
1)Assist the supervisor in managing drawings and technical documents, ensuring accurate and traceable drawing circulation and version control.
2)Be familiar with construction drawings, design documents, and technical materials; responsible for receiving, registering, distributing, archiving, and managing drawing versions.
3)Understand engineering drawing management procedures and provide guidance on drawing review workflows, document circulation, and system management.
4)Be familiar with document control systems such as Aconex and BIM360, and apply them appropriately in the project.
5)Supervise the quality of drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project management requirements.
6)Participate in drawing coordination meetings and be responsible for tracking drawing status and closing related issues.
7)Participate in the management and archiving of technical documents such as TQ/RFI and design changes.
8)Analyze and resolve issues arising during the drawing management process.
9)Assist engineers in drawing review and technical coordination tasks.
10)Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
